The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds the Second Part of Its 140th Session

Upon a proposal from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Council of Ministers took a Decision on Amendment of Decision on Utilisation of a Part of Surplus Funds of the Communications Regulatory Agency – new text. 

The Council of Ministers did not consider a Proposal Memorandum on Joint Activities to Solve the Bugatići Landslide Issue (phase I).

The Council of Ministers of B-H did not consider an Initiative for Aid Provision to the Flood-Affected Municipalities.

The Council of Ministers of B-H was informed of a Technical Report on the absence of an agreement over the B-H Fiscal Balance and Policies Global Framework, as provided by the B-H Fiscal Council Secretariat, pursuant to the Law on Fiscal Council of B-H Article 12 paragraph 1 (“Official Gazette of B-H”, No. 63/08).

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered a report prepared by the B-H Institutions General Affairs Service upon a request by the Office of B-H Council of Ministers Agent at the European Court for Human Rights for allocation of adequate office space in the Kumrovec Business Centre.

In regard to that, the Council of Ministers of B-H concluded that the office space of 260m2 at the third floor of the Kumrovec Business Centre should be allocated to the Office of B-H Council of Ministers Agent at the European Court for Human Rights.

The Council of Ministers considered Concluding Remarks and Recommendations of the UN Committee for Elimination of Racial Discrimination – CERD.

In regard to that, the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in charge to inform all the relevant agents at all levels of authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina of the Concluding Remarks and Recommendations of the UN Committee for Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

The competent bodies in the Federation of B-H, Republika Srpska and the Brčko District of B-H are in charge to provide all necessary support to the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees for an adequate preparation of the next, 9th , 10th and 11th Periodical Reports under  the International Convention on Elimination of Racial and All Other Forms of Discrimination.

The Council of Ministers of B-H was informed of Concluding Remarks and Recommendations of the UN Committee against Torture – CAT.

In regard to that, the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in charge to inform all the relevant agents at all levels of authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina of the Concluding Remarks and Recommendations of the UN Committee against torture.

The competent bodies in the Federation of B-H, Republika Srpska and the Brčko District of B-H are in charge to provide all necessary support to the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees for an adequate preparation of the next Periodical Report under the UN Convention against Torture.

Upon a proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, the Council of Ministers adopted Regulations on Measures for Monitoring of African Swine Fever.

Upon a proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, the Council of Ministers adopted Regulations on Measures for Control of Certain Diseases of Animals and Special Measures Concerning Vesicular Disease of Swine.
