Donor Coordination Forum in B-H Holds Its Third Session



The Donor Coordination Forum (DCF) held its third meeting in Sarajevo today, in organisation of the B-H Ministry of Finance and Treasury Department for International Economic Aid Coordination and under the chair of the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

Deputy Head of Mission in the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina Jonathan M. Moore opened the meeting at which representatives of both USAID and US Embassy in B-H presented their activities and programmes.

Along with presenting its current activities, the Department for International Economic Assistance Coordination under the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of B-H presented the results of the sector approach development pilot project and the status of preparations for the setting up sector groups within the Forum. The meeting discussed the progress of the Public Investment Programme preparations.

This DCF meeting was also an opportunity for representatives of major programs/projects implementing agencies in B-H to inform the Forum and the attending B-H institutions’ representatives of both planned and proposed projects, to exchange views and positive experiences and discuss challenges met during the implementation on the ground.
