Double Taxation Avoidance Treaty between B-H and Romania Initialled



An agreed Treaty between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania on Avoidance of Double taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion in Respect to Income Taxes was initialled in Bucharest on November 25 by Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury and State Secretary of the Ministry of Public Finances Dan Lazar.

It was mutually assessed that the procedures of signing and ratification and practical implementation of the Treaty should take place as soon as possible, in order to create conductive business conditions for both countries’ investors and promotion of economic relations. (end)
