The Council of Ministers Holds its 141st Session

The Council of Ministers of B-H defined a Proposal Basis for the conclusion of an Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Government of the French Republic on Mobility of Youth. 

The Ministry of Security is in charge to provide the Proposal Basis to the Presidency of B-H for further procedure, with a proposal to designate the Minister of Security as the B-H signatory.

The Council of Ministers of B-H adopted a Proposal Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Government of the Republic of Croatia on Transfer and Admission of Persons Whose Entry or Stay Is Illegal, and Proposal Protocol between the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Croatia on Implementation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Government of the Republic of Croatia on Transfer and Admission of Persons Whose Entry or Stay Is Illegal, with the relevant Official Minutes of Negotiations.

The Ministry of Security is in charge to provide proposal Agreement to the Presidency of B-H, with a proposal to designate the Minister of Security for the B-H signatory of the Agreement.

The Council of Ministers took a Decision on allocation of funds from the Budget reserves for top sportspersons in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2010, in amount of KM 300,000.

The Council of Ministers  of B-H adopted a proposal to release from duty manager of the B-H Institutions General Affairs Service Dragan Savić, as at December 21, 2010.

The Legislative Office is in charge to prepare the Decision on Release from Duty and provide it to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B-H for signing.

The Council of Ministers of B-H adopted the 2011-2013 Economic-Fiscal Programme.

The Directorate for Economic Planning is in charge to provide the Document to the European Commission in Brussels by the end of January 2011.

The Council of Ministers of B-H adopted Regulations on Amendment of the Regulations on Conditions of Sales, Quality, Quality Control, Storing and Handing of Mineral Fertilisers.

The Council of Ministers of B-H adopted Regulations on Measures for Detection, Treatment and Extermination of the African Horse Disease.

The Council of Ministers of B-H adopted Regulations on Health Condition of Animals Applied to Aquacultures and Their Products and Prevention and Treatment of Certain Diseases of Aquatic Animals.

The Council of Ministers of B-H adopted Regulations on Veterinary Conditions for Import of Certain Sorts of Birds and Conditions of Their Quarantine.

The Council of Ministers of B-H took a Decision on the minimum funds needed for support of foreigners during their intended stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Council of Ministers of B-H verified Regulations on Amendments and Supplements to the Regulations on Internal Structure and Systematisation of Work Places in the Office of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B-H, referring to the Public Administration Reform Coordinator Office.

The Council of Ministers of B-H endorsed a procedure for the conclusion of a Basic Contract with the Islamic Community and charged the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees to prepare a basis for negotiations with the Islamic Community for the conclusion of the Basic Contract, in line with the proposed conclusions.

The Council of Ministers of B-H appointed Radenko Radović for Manager and Seid Uzunović for Deputy Manager of the Directorate for Protection of Health of Herbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Legislative Office is in charge to prepare decisions on their appointment and provide them to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for signing.

At the same time, the Council of Ministers of B-H released from the duty the previous management – Milad Zeković, Manager and Sabaheta Ćutuk Deputy Manager of the Directorate. The Legislative Office is in charge to prepare decisions on a release from duty and provide them to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for signing.

The Council of Ministers of B-H took a Decision on operative measures for implementation of the Decision on Temporary Financing of B-H Institutions and International Obligations of B-H for the period of January – March 2011.
