The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for year 2010. 

The Secretariat General is in charge to deliver the report to the Parliamentarian Assembly of B-H.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted, by a majority vote, a Report on Activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Ministry of Justice for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Legislative Office of the Council of Ministers of B-H for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Appeals Committee for Appeals in Security Check Procedures for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted an Annual Report on Activities of the Office of Coordinator for Public Administration Reform Coordinator for period January 1 – December 31, 2001.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Appeals Committee under the Council of Ministers of B-H for Year 2010, in addition to a Supplement to the Report.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the B-H Border Police for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered a Report on Activities of the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Market Surveillance Agency for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered a Report on Activities of the Archives of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered a Report on Activities of the B-H Foreign Investment Promotion Agency for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the B-H Institute for Intellectual Property for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Competition Council for the period Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the B-H Agency for Identification Documents, Evidence and Data Exchange for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Committee for Destruction of Narcotics for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the B-H Agency for Labour and Employment for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Administrative Board of the Centre for Information and Recognition of High Education Documents for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Centre for Information and Recognition of High Education Documents for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Coordination Agency for Monitoring the Implementation of the Immigration and Asylum Strategy and Action Plan for 2008-2011, conclusive with Dec. 31, 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the State Committee for Cooperation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the UNESCO.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the State Investigation and Protection Agency for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the General Affairs Service of the B-H Institutions for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Agency for Protection of Personal Data in B-H for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted Information on Activities of the Export Council of B-H for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H considered and adopted a Report on Activities of the B-H Institute for Measurement for Year 2010.

The Council of Ministers of B-H appointed three members of the Agency for Postal Traffic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as follows:

- Delivoje Đerić;

- Šerif Isović; and

- Eduard Šakota.

The Legislative Office is in charge to prepare decisions on appointment.

The Council of Ministers of B-H defined a Bill on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Salaries and Other Reimbursements in Courts and Prosecutors’ Institutions at the B-H level.

It was concluded for the Bill to be submitted to the Parliamentarian Assembly of B-H, for a regular parliamentarian procedure.

The Council of Ministers of B-H defined a Proposal Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ministry of Defence of the United States of America, representing the US Armed Forces, concerning Appointment of a Liaison Officer.

The Ministry of Defence of B-H is in charge to provide the Proposal Memorandum to the B-H Presidency for further procedure, with a proposal to designate Minister of Defence dr Selmo Cikotić as the B-H signatory of the Memorandum.

The Council of Ministers of B-H adopted a Decision, acting upon an objection by Emina Halilović, seeking annulment of a Decision on Appointment of Manager of the B-H Agency for Labour and Employment.

The Council of Ministers of B-H supported a Proposal for conclusion of an amicable settlement in case Nenad Ješić vs Bosnia and Herzegovina, app.no. 9336/08, which was delivered by the Office of B-H Council of Ministers Representative in the European Court for Human Rights, and in regard to that, it authorised the Representative to act upon the conclusion of an amicable settlement.

The Council of Ministers of B-H granted its consent to the B-H Council of Ministers Representative in the European Court for Human Rights to accept and sign amicable settlements prepared by the European Court for Human Rights for 84 applications from 123 files against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Council of Ministers of B-H is informed of an application form for visa issuance to Kosovo citizens, at a separate sheet, as requested by the International Organisation for Migrations.

In regard to that, and in compliance with the Conclusion from the 86th session of the Council of Ministers of May 7, 2009, taken in connection with a Position of the Presidency of B-H on the issue of legality of documents in possession of Kosovo citizens, the Council of Ministers authorises the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue entry visas at a separate sheet for two persons form the list of participants, indicated by the International Organisation for Migrations, who will take part at the regular forum of heads of border services/national IBM coordinators, to be held in Sarajevo, on March 14 and 15, for the period of duration of consultations.

The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers is in charge to deliver the conclusion to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further procedure.

The Council of Ministers of B-H is informed of an application form for visa issuance to Kosovo citizens, at a separate sheet, as requested by the Directorate General for Policy Issues and Democracy of the Council of Europe. 

In regard to that, and in compliance with the Conclusion from the 86th session of the Council of Ministers of May 7, 2009, taken in connection with a Position of the Presidency of B-H on the issue of legality of documents in possession of Kosovo citizens, the Council of Ministers authorises the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue entry visas at a separate sheet for persons from the list of participants, indicated by the Directorate General for Policy Issues and Democracy of the Council of Europe, who will take part at the seminar “Local Democracy in Western Balkans”, to be held in Sarajevo, on April 6-11, for the period of duration of the seminar.

The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers is in charge to deliver the conclusion to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further procedure.

The Council of Ministers of B-H is informed of an application form for visa issuance to a Kosovo citizen, at a separate sheet, as requested by the International Monetary Fund. 

In regard to that, and in compliance with the Conclusion from the 86th session of the Council of Ministers of May 7, 2009, taken in connection with a Position of the Presidency of B-H on the issue of legality of documents in possession of Kosovo citizens, the Council of Ministers authorises the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue an entry visa at a separate sheet for Mr. Mentor Geci, who will stay in B-H upon an invitation from the Central Bank of B-H in a capacity of member of IMF Technical Mission to take place on April 19-29, 2011, for the period of duration of technical mission.

The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers is in charge to deliver the conclusion to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further procedure.

Working Conclusion:

The Council of Ministers assessed as unacceptable long duration of realisation of a Conclusion from the 142nd session, held on January 25, 2011, concerning the preparation and submission of the text Agreement on Transfer of Authority and Continued Financing of the Committee for Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees, pursuant to Article 16 of the Annex VII of the General Framework Agreement on Peace in B-H.

In regard to that, the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees and Ministry of Finance and Treasury are in charge to implement the Conclusion without delay.
