Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Did Not Hold Its 95th Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH did not hold its 95th session as no consensus was reached on proposed agenda; seven members of the Council of Ministers of BIH were for the agenda and three not.

The Council of Ministers of BIH should have consider draft laws on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BIH), and amendments and supplements to the Law on Court of BIH, including a proposal decision on setting-up the Office of Chief Negotiator of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the European Union, all as priorities on the EU road, key for adoption of the negotiating framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
