“Bosnia and Herzegovina should guarantee to workers the adequate valuing if their work. We will have to adjust our economy and our legislation with those of the EU. That should involve much more discussion between workers and employers to include all stakeholders in development of legislation. We have to create clear labour market rules, which is one among preconditions for the UE membership. Together we will work on this task and struggle for better and higher quality life of workers.
