Chairman Zvizdić Congratulates Day of Victory over Fascism and Day of Europe

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić sent a messaeg on the occasion of May 9th – Day of Victory over fascism and Day of Europe. 

“Today we celebrate the victory of civilisation against barbarism and darkness. The victory on which ideas and the ideals of freedom, tolerance, peace, progress, cooperation and togetherness contemporary Europe was founded.

Today, seven decades following the historic victory, values and heritage of anti-Fascist struggle need to be affirmed, so that the forces of darkness would never get another chance. So, it is on us to make sure through our efforts and social behaviour that they will not get another chance.

Over the past period of time, the Council of Ministers of BIH worked intensively on reforms and Euro-Atlantic integrations of our country, so as to improve business environment and living standard and to join the great family of European states.

Dear citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, I wish you happy the Victory Day over fascism and Day of Europe, with an optimism to await the next following May 9^th in the status of the EU candidate” , reads the message by Chairman Zvizdić.
