Chairman Zvizdić Wishes Happy Rosh Hashanah

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić sent best wishes to all Jews in Bosnia and Herzegovina and worldwide on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, marking the beginning of the 5780th year according to Jewish calendar. 

“On the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, the beginning of the 5780^th year in Jewish calendar, I send to all Jews in Bosnia and Herzegovina my cordial greetings.

The Jewish community has a remarkable place in the cultural-historic heritage of BIH society, which cherish difference and co-existence of all its citizens, of various ethnic groups and religions. You are an inseparable part of Bosnian cultural tradition and identity, and I wish you the year to follow to be filled with happiness, wellbeing and prosperity in our common homeland –Bosnia and Herzegovina. I wish you a Good Year – Shana Tova!” reads the message by Chairman Zvizdić.
