An official take over was arranged in Sarajevo today of the European Commission 2026 Bosnia and Herzegovina Progress Report. The report was handed over by EU Special Representative and Ambassador in Bih Luigi Soreca to Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto, on behalf oof the European Union.
During their tete-a-tete meeting, Chairwoman Krišto and H.E. Soreca exchanged views on future steps and prospects of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the European road. Noted were reforms made to-date and new steps in assistance to our country in the integrations process. Following recent general elections, it came clear that political officials should show their dedication to set-up a new dynamic and accelerate needed reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The two high officials emphasised their readiness to continue their joint efforts and in dialogue with the European Commission draw a road map of up-coming activities to provide a clear direction and send a clear message that future of Bosnia and Herzegovina lies in a full membership in the EU.
