CoM of BIH Holds Extraordinary Phone Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH defined a Proposal Agreement on Assignment of Responsibility for Service Provision in Air traffic between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of Montenegro, after it adopted a Report on negotiations for conclusion of the Agreement. 

The Ministry of Communications and Transport will provide the Proposal Agreement to the BIH Presidency for further procedure, and the Minister/Deputy Minister of Communications and Transport was proposed as the BIH signatory of the Agreement.

 

The Council of Ministers took a Decision on appointment of acting members of the Appellation Council of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina until the end of vacation post procedure, and for three months at longest.

For acting members of the Appellation Council appointed were Dalibor Matić (Chair), Mirela Pelidija and Bojan Vuković.

Earlier, the Council of Ministers of BIH adopted information on expiry of appointment deadline for acting members of the Appellation Council under the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
