Council of Ministers of BIH Included into „16-Day Activism against Violence against Women“ Global Campaign

The Council of Ministers of BIH got included into a „16-Day Activism against Violence against Women“ Global Campaign,, aiming to raise public awareness on importance of prevention and ending gender-based violence. 

The Council of Ministers of BIH supported an Initiative of the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees - Gender Equality Agency, and expressed its determination for a zero-tolerance towards violence against women, thus joining a global campaign, launched on November 25 under the International Day for Elimination of Violence against Women, which is to end on December 10 on the International Day of Human Rights.

The campaign features 1,700 organisations in more than 100 state of the world and it emphasises women protection and need of elimination of all forms of violence against women, i.e. human rights violation.
