Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds Its 127th Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH, upon a proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, took a resolution on temporary financing of BIH Institutions and International Obligations of BIH for April-June 2015, defining the amount of KM 237,500,000.00 or one fourth of total approved financing for institutions, subject to the Law on Budget of BIH Institutions and International Obligations of BIH for 2014. 

The resolution was taken with a view at continued regular foreign debt servicing and funding of multi-annual projects and other institutional commitments at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The breakdown of budget users’ expenditures in this period of time will be made based on budget users’ own budgets defined under the Law on Budget of BIH Institutions and International Obligations of BIH for year 2014, in amounts allowing functions to be performed under budget users’ legal competences. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury is to agree with budget users their respective operative plans for the time of application of the resolution.
