1. The Council of Ministers of BIH most seriously condemns the terrorist attack against a Public Security Station in Zvornik, in which policeman Dragan Đurić was killed and policemen Željko Gajić and Stevo Milovanović wounded.
2. The Council of Ministers of BIH sent a message of condolences to the family of deceased policeman Dragan Đurić, and good wishes for quick recovery and return to their duties to the wounded policemen.
3. The Council of Ministers of BIH demands from all competent institutions in BIH at all levels to get involved actively and in a coordinated way into full investigation of the committed criminal act, from the aspect of motif for commission thereof.
4. The Council of Ministers of BIH requests form all competent judicial, police and security agencies to increase the level of their mutual cooperation and coordination in order to sanction most decisively and process all persons advocating terrorist and criminal activities.
5. The Council of Ministers of BIH tasked the Ministry of Security of BIH to prepare within a seven day deadline for the Council of Ministers of BIH a comprehensive report and propose operative measures to secure more effective functioning of the relevant institutions, combating terrorism and organised crime. The Council of Ministers of BIH requires an accelerated implementation dynamics of a resolution on Development of the 2015-2020 Strategy for Prevention and Fight against Terrorism in BIH, which the Council of Ministers of BIH adopted at its session of April 23, 2015 and which should set forth a higher quality identification of goals, principles and measures BIH needs to take, including the time span for their implementation. The Strategy will place a special emphasis at relevant European Union standards and other instruments and standards in view of prevention and combating terrorism.
6. The Council of Ministers of BIH vows its clear commitment for further financing of organisational and administrative strengthening of BIH-level judicial, police and security agencies in combatting terrorism and organised crime, already concretised though budgeting increase in 2015.
7. The Council of Ministers of BIH calls upon all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to refraining, peace and tolerance, in order to prevent additional tensions increase.
