Fiscal Council of BIH Held Its 11th Session

The Fiscal Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina held in Sarajevo its 11th session, attended by the IMF delegation, led by Head of Mission for BIH Nedeem Ilahi, with whom a Supplemental Letter of Intent was discussed. 

Members of the Fiscal Council of BIH expressed their satisfaction with the level of implementation of the Letter of Intent measures to date, and were optimists that the Law on Deposit Insurance in BIH will be adopted very soon. The fiscal Council agreed that the implementation of the existing measures and continuation of IMF Arrangement need to be continued, as it will bring about the fiscal stability to Bosnia and Herzegovina and ensure the structural reforms implementation.

The session of the Fiscal Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina was chaired over by chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Chairman of the Fiscal Council of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić.
