Loan Arrangement of USD 30 Million Signed with Republic of Korea



Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Finance and Treasury of BIH Dr Nikola Špirić and Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in BIH Seong Ung park, signed in Sarajevo a Loan Arrangement with USD 30 million for construction and equipping of southern wing of the General Hospital in Banja Luka.

The Loan term is 40 years, with 10 year grace period, 0.2 per cent annual interest rate and 0.1 per cent service fees.

The Project convers construction of a part of the General Hospital in Banja Luka, procurement of medical equipment and other services, training of medical staff and technicians, consulting services, and support and maintenance,

Through previous two and now the third phase of the Project, the Government of the Republic of Korea USD has invested total 100 million in BIH. (end)
