Minister of Communications and Transport of BIH Damir Hadžić discussed an Agreement on Free Passage through Neum and Access to Ploče Port with Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia Siniša Hajdaš Dončić in Zagreb today.

The BIH delegation pointed at a need for ratification of the 2001 Agreement on Free Passage through Neum and Access to Ploče Port, stressing that the Croatian side makes benefit only a part of the Agreement pertaining to the Neum corridor and Corridor V c, without paying attention to the part pertaining to the Ploče Port.
Minister Hadžić said that the issue of the Neum Corridor and Use of the Ploče Port needs to be treated as a whole.
They also discussed taking over of the control of BIH skies, and it was concluded that there is nothing contentious in an effort of Bosnia and Herzegovina to take control over its air space.
The Ministers also considered a project of construction of inter-state bridge over Sava River near Svilaj, and concluded that the deadline will be complied with for the launch of the construction, scheduled for the end of June or beginning of July this year.
