Minister Vrankić Talks to British Ambassador in BIH Nigel Casey



Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Finance and Treasury Dragan Vrankić received in an introductory visit, in Sarajevo today Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in BIH Nigel Casey. They discussed the current macroeconomic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially in the context of effects of the global economic crisis, and on political developments and reform implementation within the EU integrations process.

Minister Vrankić stressed that though an effort at solving internal political relations, without outvoting and taking away legitimate will from one people and though striking a balance among all three peoples, obstacles would be removed to economic development and faster advancement of BIH towards the European Integrations.

Ambassador Casey said that his country, as the whole international community in BIH, wants to see a progress that will made though efforts taken by domestic forces, in which they are willing to offer unreserved support.
