Chairwoman of Council of Ministers of BIH Krišto Holds Meeting with Newly Appointed Resident Coordinator of United Nations in BIH Arnhild Spense

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto held a meeting in Sarajevo today with newly appointed Resident Coordinator of United Nations in Bosnia and Herzegovina Arnhild Spence.

Chairwoman Krišto congratulated to Resident Coordinator Spence for her appointment and expressed expectations that her mandate will contribute to further strengthening of cooperation and partnership between Bosnia and Herzegovina and United Nations system, which we have been building successfully for three decades now.

Bosnia and Herzegovina strongly supports a continuous engagement and activities of United Nations in keeping international peace and security, promotion and protection of human rights and achieving sustainable development.

Chairwoman Krišto said institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina are directed to strengthening of regional cooperation, especially in the areas of infrastructure, communications, transport and energy, which represents an important contribution to overall stability and progress of the region.
