Chairwoman of Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto Meets with Volker Oel, Director for Reconstruction and Development in the Federal Republic of Germany Government

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto met today with Volker Oel, Director with the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Chairwoman Krišto expressed her thankfulness to the Federal Republic of Germany for a long-year and continuous support to Bosnia and Herzegovina in reconstruction, development, infrastructure projects, institutional strengthening and the European integrations.

Emphasised was the importance of further development of bilateral cooperation, especially in areas of sustainable economic development, green transition, transport, energy infrastructure, as well as in reform processes key to advancement of Bosnia and Herzegovina along the European road.

Director Oel conformed readiness of the German party for continuation and intensification of the partner cooperation, pointing at the importance of stability, reforms and European prospect of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is relevant to the whole region.

The meeting expressed satisfaction with mutual commitment for further concrete projects to contribute to overall development of Bosnia and Herzegovina. (end)
