Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dr Nikola Špirić congratulated the Ramadan Bairam to the Head of Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina Reisu-l-ulema Mr. Mustafa Cerić and all other citizens of Islamic religion in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
