Directorate for Economic Planning is responsible for:

• Coordinating the preparation of annual, medium-term, and long-term macroeconomic projections,

• Coordinating the preparation of annual, medium-term, and long-term development strategies,

• Monitoring the implementation of annual, medium-term, and long-term development strategies,

• Researching and analyzing economic trends,

• Researching and analyzing the inclusion of all social groups in economic processes,

• Conducting other research tasks assigned by the Council of Ministers of BiH, as well as by the governments of the entities and the Brčko District of BiH.
