Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Did Not Hold Its 96th Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH did not hold its 96th session because no consensus was reached in proposed agenda. For the proposed agenda seven members of the Council of Ministers of BIH voted affirmatively, while two rejected it.
Agendas of today’s and previous, 95th session, included among 33 items, a Draft Law on High Prosecutorial and Judicial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HPJC BIH), Amendments and Supplements to Law in Court of BIH, together with a Proposal Decision on designating the main negotiator of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the European Union, as priorities on the road to the EU, since they are key for adoption of negotiating framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
