Ambassador Knotz in Farewell Visit to Chairman Bevanda

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina received in a farewell visit Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in BIH Urlike Maria Knotz. 

On that occasion, Chairman Bevanda expressed his pleasure with the cooperation and stressed good bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Knotz and Chairman Bevanda discussed the up-coming donor conference on the Western Balkans to take place in Berlin in end August, upon an invitation of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel. They discussed the brussles donor conference as well, to take place next week.

Chairman Bevanda wished to Ambassador Knotz personal and professional success and thanked her for her personal contribution to strengthening of good relations, and emphasised that Germany is a genuine friend of BIH, underlining the support received by the flood-affected areas.

Ambassador Knotz said that BIH will continue to be a country of interest and that she would seek to assist Bosnia and Herzegovina also in her next assignment.
