Bevanda: All in the Region Share Same Priorities

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevanda attended an informal meeting in Cavtat of four Prime Ministers of the region in the eve of the Berlin Conference on Western Balkans, where they defined their shared goals of stability and economic progress of the region through fostering regional cooperation. 

“This meeting is a continuity since the set-off of the mandate of all of us. The relationship of frankness reins among the Prime Ministers, which contributes to the stabilisation and development of the region”, Chairman Bevanda said.

Chairman Bevanda added that all in the region have the same priorities, and that the Adriatic-Ionian Motorway Project may bring along a lot of benefit to the region itself and its connection to Europe. He said that he goes to Berlin quite encouraged after the informal meeting.

The informal meeting of the Prime Ministers was attended, other than Chairman Bevanda, Prime Ministers of the Republic Albania Edi Rama, Montenegro Milo Đukanović, and of the republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović.

Chairman Bevanda will lead the Delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Berlin, on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at the “Conference of Heads of Governments, Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Ministers of Economic Affairs on the Western Balkans”, hosted by Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel.
