Chairman Bevanda Receives de Cardona in Farewell Visit

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevanda received in a farewell visit Ambassador of the republic of Italy Raimondo de Cardona. 

The meeting stressed very good bilateral relations between the two states were, and Chairman Bevanda pointed out that the Republic of Italy supports continuously consolidation, development and progress of BIH in its Euro-Atlantic integrations process. They discussed some very important projects in energy sector and possibilities for sector investments.

Ambassador de Cordona thanked to chairman Bevanda for an extraordinary cooperation over the past period. He underlined the organisation of a religious convention Sent’Egidio, which was attended by then Prime Minister of the Republic of Italy Mario Monti together with a number of other European officials, and the operative part of which was mainly made possible by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers himself. He expressed his hope that good relations between the two countries will continue to improve.

Chairman Bevanda wished to Ambassador Cardona success in his future diplomatic mission, and thanked for his commitment and proven friendship towards Bosnia and Herzegovina.
