Chairman Bevanda Talks with Ambassador Ivantsov

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevanda received in an introductory visit Ambassador of the Russian Federation in BIH Peter Ivantsov, and wished him welcome and success in his mandate. 

Ambassador Ivantsov conveyed regards to Chairman Bevanda and handed over a note with best wishes for professional and private success in 2015 from President of the Russian federation Dmitry Medvedev.

Chairman Bevanda informed Ambassador Ivantsov about the process of formation of the executive power in BIH after October elections. He expressed his hope for as early as possible setting-up of authorities at all levels in BIH so that BIH might set out along the road of progress.

Chairman Bevanda and Ambassador Ivantsov assessed that the bilateral relations are good, but requiring promotion of economic, trade and cultural and education cooperation. and to that effect, relevant economic capacities, although still remaining unused, could give a new boost to overall cooperation.

They exchanged views on the current political situation in BIH.
