Chairman Bevanda with Delegation of Bishops’ Conference of BIH

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevanda received in Sarajevo today representatives of the Bishops’ Conference of BIH, led by Bishop of Banjaluka Franjo Komarica. 

Chairman Bevanda informed Bishop Komarica of implementation status of the conclusions agreed to at the Inter-religious Council of BIH, underlining that in the coming period, dialogue should be promoted and agreed commitments from Entity and State level competences should be fulfilled.

Bishop of Banjaluka Komarica informed Chairman Bevanda of activities of the Bishops’ Conference in BIH, including of difficulties connected with the implementation of certain segments of these.

The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of the Bishops’ Conference in BIH Msgr. Ivo Tomašević, Msgr. Tomo Vukšić, and Assistant Minister for Human Rights and Refugees in BH Mario Nenadić.
