Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevanda received in Sarajevo a delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IFM), led by Chief of Mission for BIH Ron Van Rooden. 

Chairman Bevanda informed the IMF delegation of current developments in BIH, especially of the on-going procedure for establishment of new government after the elections. He expressed hope that new government will be formed soon so that activities concerning the fulfilment of commitments taken under the IMF Letter of Intent with the IMF.

Head of IMF Mission for BIH Van Rooden thanked to Chairman Bevnada for cooperation and congratulated on the progress achieved over the past two years, emphasising that the IMF has complete seven Stand-by Arrangement review over that time. He informed the Chairman of meetings  held with Entity Government, and said that structural reforms processes need to continue at all levels.

The IMF delegation was comprised of IMF Resident Representative in BIH Ruben Atoyan and Chief Economist Ricardo Llaudes.
