Chairman of CM Received OSCE Chief of Mission

Chairman of the Council of Ministers Dr. Nikola Špirić received today in an introductory visit newly-appointed Chief of Mission of OCSE in B-H Ambassador Fletcher Berton. 

Chairman Špirić welcomed Ambassador Berton, expressing his hope that Ambassador’s term of a Chief of the OSCE Mission will be successful.

Chairman Špirić pointed at B-H appreciates OSCE contribution in maintenance of stability, and that this Organisation’s activities have always been directed towards a reconciliation process, indispensible for the political and economic prosperity.

Chairman Špirić stressed a need for a transformed role of the international community in B-H, as the existing model of its presence has been used up so it only produces a political parasitism. Širić used this opportunity, as well, to highlight the importance of a continuous internal political dialogue.
