Chairman of Council of Ministers of B-H talks with Organisation of Islamic Conference Secretary-General

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B-H Dr. Nikola Špirić received in Sarajevo Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) Ekmwlwdin Ihsanoglou, whom he briefed both of the progress achieved in reforms B-H undertakes, as well as of the challenges it faces. 

Chairman Špirić said that B-H’s integration to EU and NATO, as well as a good international cooperation in general, represents the strategic foreign policy objective of B-H.

It was mutually concluded that from the Dayton Agreement conclusion onward a significant progress has been achieved.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers informed the Secretary-General of OIC of the current political and economic situation in B-H. He stressed that B-H has to have more confidence in itself and that the challenges ahead of B-H can be solved only if addressed though internal dialogue and trust.

Chairman Špirić said that the establishment of the internal confidence represents a fundamental key reform towards prosperity of B-H.
