Chairman of Council of Ministers Receives US Congress Delegation

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr. Nikola Špirić received in Sarajevo today a delegation of the US Congress, led by Congressman Den Burton, member of the Committee for Government reforms and Committee for Foreign Affairs. 

Chairman Špirić informed the delegation of the US Congress of the economic, political and security situation in BIH, as well as of the challenges faced by BIH.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers underlined that all outstanding issues in BIH cam be solved only through a continuous internal dialogue, emphasising that the confidence building in BIH is a process on which results of all the reforms depend.

The Chairman of the Council of ministers assessed that the Dayton Peace Agreement gives a sufficient space for evolution of the political system in BIH, whilst revolutionary solutions are nor possible to embrace.

Chairman Špirić thanked for the assistance and support the USA offer to BIH.
