Chairman Zvizdić Opens “Bosnia and Herzegovina – New European Contemporary Art Centre” Art Exhibition in Strasbourg

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić and President of the Parliamentarian Assembly of the Council of Europe Anne Brasseur, opened “Bosnia and Herzegovina – New European Contemporary Art Centre” Exhibition in the Council of Europe seat in Strasbourg. 

Speaking of the projects Ars Aevi and Contemporary Art Biennale D-0 ARK Underground, Chairman Zvizdić said that there are many reasons for which BIH should become a hub of linking of artists from around the world and place for expanding the network of international art. He said that citizens of BIH, as all citizens from the whole world deserve to have a contemporary art museum, which will be specific for the way of its creation and which will testify of the art of the times.

“The very story of the foundation of the Ars Aevi Museum is sufficient to clearly show that the art overruns borders as the only one that truly contributes to development of the spirit of the man and, eventually, the spirit of the civilisation, Chairman Zvizdić said in his address to the invitees.
