Chairman Zvizdić Talks with New Head of OSCE Mission in BIH

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić received in an introductory visit new head of the OSCE Mission in BIH Bruce Breton, and congratulated him for the responsible office he will serve in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

Chairman Zvizdić said he appreciates highly the job done by the OSCE Mission in BIH, emphasising that they give a great contribution to the implementation of the reform processes in BIH. He thanked for the support the Mission extends to Bosnia and Herzegovina on its road to the European Union and for a sizable engagement on the BIH education system. They agreed on necessity to undertake education reform, curb-up speech of hatred and put an end to discrimination and segregation in schools.

Ambassador Berton said the OSCE Mission will give a full support to Bosnia and Herzegovina in its further reform processes and will continue supporting the future realisation of joint aims, in the areas of education, human rights protection, democracy, suppression of speech of hatred, and BIH integration into the European Union.
