Chairman Zvizdić Talks with RCC Secretary-General Bregu

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić met with Secretary-General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Majlinda Bregu, and wished her success at her new post, hopeful that the cooperation would continue in the future period of time. 

He briefed Secretary Bregu of the current economic and political situation in BIH, saying that the Council of Ministers of BIH has completed all its obligations as to fulfilment of preconditions for signing of a harmonised text Roaming Contract, by adopting related documents at its session of March 11, 2019, which documents were sent to the BIH Presidency for further procedure.

Chairman Zvizdić expressed his gratitude to the Regional Cooperation Council for all the support it extends to regional cooperation, with a special emphasis at the cooperation within the Berlin Process. He stressed that BIH is committed to the principles, values and aims laying at the foundations of the EU, and that BIH and its citizens are decisive in their intent to become a constituent part of the European social, political and economic structures.

Chairman Zvizdić and Secretary Bergu agreed that it is necessary to further boost regional cooperation within the Berlin process and the Western Balkans 6, and activities aimed at promotion of political dialogue, strengthening of regional cooperation and good neighbourhood policy need to be continued.
