Following the adoption of the Stabilisation and Accession Agreement and Resolution on European Integrations Coordination System of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the ruling of the  BIH Court Appellation Chamber represents an additional incentive to the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina of BIH and all BIH Institutions for further work towards the EU and NATO integration, as synonyms of peace, stability and economic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Over the past period of time, 23 sites of perspective military property were registered as the property of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the BIH Entity of Republika Srpska there are six such sites and the military facility in Han Pijesak is the first registered one as the BIH property, which would also open the door to Bosnia and Herzegovina towards tis membership in NATO. The registration process is based on both legal and technical arguments and is founded on respective legal solutions. The Ministry of Defence of BIH prepared 63 military sites for registration, situated in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the process of which it will coordinate with other competent institutions.

The ruling of the BIH Court Appellate Chamber in place makes the MAP activation for BIH possible at the next NATO summit, which will open the road for membership in the Alliance.
