Chairman Zvizdić with Delegation of Malaysia

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić received a delegation of Government of Malaysia, led by Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Affairs Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, and briefed them of the current Bosnia and Herzegovina’s economy and economic indices, and realised aims on the European road. 

Chairman Zvizdić expressed his pleasure for good and friendly relations between the two countries, emphasising that there is a lot of space for the improvement of foreign trade exchange, especially in the areas of agriculture, in addition to an intensification of cooperation in the areas of tourism, education, culture, sports and other sectors. He said that the non-visa regime between BIH and Malaysia is a good prerequisite for development of relations in tourism, and for all other kinds of cooperation.

Chairman Zvizdić and Minister Ismail talked on the importance of halal industry, agreeing that there is a considerable space for cooperation in the area.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador of Malaysia in BIH Zakri Jaafar.
