Meeting of Chairwoman of Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto and Minister for Europe, North America and Overseas of United Kingdom S. Doughty

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto held a meeting with Minister for Europe, North America and Overseas of the United Kingdom Stephen Doughty. The meeting discussed current development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, region and European affaris.

Chairwoman Krišto briefed Minister Doughty on the Council of Ministers of BIH operations and reforms taken during this incumbency. With political will and responsibility of political representatives of all three constitutive people it is possible to fulfil remaining obligations for official opening of negotiations with the European Union and hold an inter-government conference. A full membership, with continued reform processes for stability and functionality is our strategic interest.

The meeting also discussed open political issues and reforms of the Election Law to secure a full equality of three constitutive people.

The high political officials discussed joint projects of Bosnia and Herzegovina and UK Government institutions, as well as possible future projects. (end)
