Minister Vjekoslav Bevanda Receives Croatian Finance Minister Boris Lalovac



Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Minister of Finance and Treasury Vjekoslav Bevanda received today Minister of Finance of the Republic of Croatia Boris Lalovac.

At the meeting, attended by Minister of Finance of the Federation of BIH Jelka Miličević, a continued cooperation between these two states was discussed, including challenges faced by BIH on its way to the EU, where the experience of Croatia might be of a great help.

Minister Bevanda emphasised that after activation of the Stabilisation and Accession Agreement, BIH must move forward more decisively in reform implementation as it is the best way to secure economic growth and open the doors to foreign investments.

The meeting discussed concrete forms of cooperation of the sector Ministries aimed at  facilitation of business making by entrepreneurs from both BIH and Croatia.

It was stressed that the Republic of Croatia will continue to support Bosnia and Herzegovina on tis European way.                                                                                                              (end)
