New Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Meets for Consultations

Chairman Zvizdić stressed that preparation of a Budget Law of BIH Institutions is the priority task of the new Council of Ministers of BIH. The meeting agreed to make an urgent analysis of the existing Draft Budget in all Ministries, in order to arrive at a Proposal Budget as soon as possible.
The meeting also discussed modalities for preparation of the Council of Ministers Work Programme, with a special focus to priorities projected to be completed within the first 100 days of operation. The Work Programme will include strategic directions and determinations of the Council of Ministers of BIH, and will focus to the most topical economic problems of Bosnia and Herzegovina, like solution-finding to dairy production and other animal origin food production issues.
Reform tasks to contribute to acceleration of Euro-Atlantic integrations of BIH and improvement of BIH economy, together with a series of other issues from the competence of the Council of Ministers of BIH were considered at the meeting.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman and Minister of Finance and Treasury Vjekoslav Bevanda and Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović, along with Ministers of Foreign Affairs Igor Crnadak; of Civil Affairs, Adil Osmanović; Communications and Transport, Slavko Matanović; Human Rights and Refugees, Semiha Borovac; Justice, Josip Grubeša; Security, Dragan Mektić; Defence, Marina Pendeš; and Secretary-General, Zvonimir Kutleša.
