Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds Its 82nd Extraordinary. Phone, Session

The Council of Ministers of BiH took a decision on earmarking of the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees budget funds to the Fund for Return of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its extraordinary phone session, today.
It is about four million KM directed to project implementation within execution of rights from the Dayton Peace Agreement Annex VII.
The Law on Budget of Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and International Obligations of BIH for 2026, sets forth the funds for implementation of the Revised Strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina for implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement Annex VII, by way of pooling funds from the Budget of Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Entities and the Brčko District of BIH.
The Agreement on Pooling and Implementation of Funds was signed between the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of BIH, Federal Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees, Republika Srpska Secretariat for Displaced Persons and Migrations, Government of the Brčko District of BIH and Fund for Return of BIH.
According to the Agreement, the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees will provide KM four million, Entity institutions will earmark KM 50,000 each, and the Government of the Brčko District of BIH will provide KM 25,000. Total funds in amount of KM 4,125,000 will be paid to the Fund for Return sub-account for implementation of projects for implementation of rights defined under the Annex VII, as approved by the Secretariat for Refugees and Displaced Persons of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
