Chairwoman Krišto Takes Part in Extended EPP Brussels Summit

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto took part in an extended EPP Sumit in Brussels, featured by numerous European officials, including President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola, as well as numerous Prime Ministers of EU member-countries and region.

The Summit discussed topical political and security challenges, enlargement of the European Union and a need for acceleration of the European road of candidate countries.

Chairwoman Krišto highlighted of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s commitment for continued reforms and fulfilment of obligations along the European road, stressing that membership in the European Union is a strategic aim of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On the Summit margins, the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH held a series of bilateral meetings with European officials, where they discussed strengthening of political and economic cooperation and continuation of the European Union support to Bosnia and Herzegovina. (end)
