“Talks with the Republic of Croatia continue, however, other than the Pelješac bridge issues, it would be necessary to finalise, without any further delay, the demarcation process between BIH and Croatia, especially concerning maritime demarcation, which implies defining international water ways and exit of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the open sea, where free navigation and communication will be applied.
Addressing these issues by way of appropriate international treaties,
mutual intent would be confirmed for strengthening good neighbourly relations,
and full readiness for mutual respect of sovereignty and territorial integrity,
concrete implementation of UN Convention on Maritime Law, as well as other
relevant international provisions”, Chairman of the Couch of Ministers Dr Denis Zvizdić stated.
