Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto and Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković signed an Intergovernmental Agreement on Construction of „South Interconnection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic of Croatia” Gas Pipeline, within a Three Seas Initiative in Dubrovnik, for the aim of secure and stable energy supply and conditions improvement.

The implementation of the „South Inter-Connection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic of Croatia“ gas pipeline on Split – Zagvozd (Republic of Croatia) – Posušje (Bosnia and Herzegovina – Tomislavgrad – Šuica -Kupres – Bugojno – Novi Travnik/Travnik line, with lines towards Livno, Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje, Donji Vakuf and Jajce, and separate line for Čapljina and additional line Kladanj – Tuzla secures diversification of lines and sources of natural gas to enable energy independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The solemn ceremony of signing was attended by US Secretary of State for Energy Chris Wright, along with numerous other high officials and invitees at the 10th Anniversary of the Three Seas Initiative. (end)
