World Bank Adopts Five-Year BIH Partnership Framework

The World Bank Executive Board unanimously adopted “Partnership Framework with Bosnia and Herzegovina” for the fiscal 2016-2020 period. For this five-year time span, a framework budget for the implementation of the Partnership Framework is USD 750 million. 

Work Bank Executive Director Frank Heemskerk congratulated to Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH and BIH Governor in the Work Bank Dr Denis Zvizdić for successfully completed process of agreeing priorities of cooperation with the Work Bank Group in the mid-term period, saying that today’s discussion was very positive and that the Framework Cooperation received unanimous support.

The Executive Directors Board recognised the importance of accelerated development processes in BIH through the Reform Agenda implementation and, in that context, a new dynamics connected with the European integrations processes.
