The Council of Ministers of BIH requested a comprehensive information from the Ministry of Security, state security agencies and Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees on a mass apprehension of Bosniaks, belonging to returnee population in Republika Srpska. Simultaneously, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić said that the Council of Ministers remains fully devoted to fight against terrorism and crime, which however must not adopt any ethic prefix nor should it be selectively implemented.
Terrorism is a global challenge requiring a high level of coordination and cooperation at the levels of BIH and region.
Institutions of Republika Srpska are requested to ensure a maximum level of protection of life and property of returnees living and working in compliance with laws of BIH and Republika Srpska.
Any move beyond competences and mandatory and required decisions by competent judicial authorities will not and must not be tolerated, as it would mean non-institutional and non-systematic action taking on the part of authorities responsible for law enforcement and maintenance of order and security.
