Zvizdić – Heemskerk: Wold Bank as One of Most Important Institutional Partners of BIH

Chairman Zvizdić commended cooperation emphasising that the Wolrd Bank is one of the most important institutional investors in the BIH post-war reconstruction and accompanying transition processes with over USD 2,4 billion invested In BIH. He underlined the importance of consultancy support received across different areas.

They discussed the on-going projects in BIH, noting the visible progress in the implementation on of the reform processes.

Director Heemskerk emphasised the economic reforms are necessary to be promoted in the time to come., noting the importance and positive effects of projects funded under development policy loans.

Chairman Zvizdič said that the priorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina are the employment of young people and investment into both the communication infrastructure and energy sector.
